Ban Appeal Guidelines & Format

Ban Appeals
-The Ban Appeal section should be used by members of the server that have been banned from the Teamspeak, SAMP Server, or the Forums. Do not make pointless ban appeals and if you are to make one, make sure it is long and put alot of effort into it. If we see you completed this in 5 minutes, and we see no effort was made at all, it will be denied. Do not post in ban appeals that do not involve you, it will result in a temporarily forum ban.

Format:
[Admins Name Which Banned you] - Unban [Your Name]
